During your private pole class, you could choose to concentrate on a number of things (which can be broad or very niche). Some examples are: ♥ POLE ♥ - Static pole - Spinning pole - Exotic pole dance choreo - Freestyle tips - Work on your invert (on static or spin) - Sexy spinning pole combos - Exotic style tricks - Specific performance/showcase/competition prep - Stripper pole (A club audition coming up?
